The CIM Viewbook
This 16-page book is given to potential students to explain the program offerings from the Culinary Institute of Michigan which has facilities in both Muskegon and Port Huron. Elizabeth designed the piece. I wrote, and photo edited it. Both of us contributed to the photography which is almost entirely shot at the CIM Muskegon campus.
